Production: the atlas runs at dcbn.jkomg.us and is reachable outside the home network. The player atlas is public; Storyteller intelligence requires an authorized Discord account.
Testing: the LAN atlas remains a separate testing environment. Production and testing use separate databases.
Feeding field guide
Political permission and practical feeding conditions are separate. The ratings below describe public chronicle expectations, not a guarantee of safety or an established right to hunt. Confirm hospitality and local restrictions through play. No private haven, operational hunter site or covert asset appears here.
Rich: opportunity attracts gatekeepers and rivals. Stable: workable arrangements need maintenance. Thin: access is limited or contested. Dangerous: feeding risks exposure or supernatural conflict. Burned: ordinary feeding is restricted or untenable.
Boundaries and setting provenance
All 2026 district claims, detailed ratings, summaries and scene hooks are new chronicle material based on the accepted Fractured City framework. They are separate from published historical canon in DC by Night and Beckett’s Jyhad Diary. Public overlays are rumors and leads, not confirmed operational intelligence or real-world risk assessments.
Territories use geographic polygons derived from DC planning clusters and US Census ACS 2025 places. DC planning clusters are not official neighborhood borders. Every atlas district is a custom chronicle grouping; each dossier identifies source units and any approximate cuts. Arlington corridors, Old Town, the Monument Core, Kalorama and the H Street division have explicit custom boundaries. Some suburban territories have separated pieces.
